Federico Vielledent

Lawyer and Co-Founder, DeepLawyers

Federico Vielledent is a lawyer and Co-Founder of DeepLawyers whose work sits at the intersection of global mobility, cross-border legal strategy, and international healthcare access. DeepLawyers is the advisory platform of a 40+ year international private medical insurance MGA that designs and structures global health coverage for high-net-worth and internationally mobile families. The platform combines underwriting depth, legal insight, and long-term strategic planning to unlock access to the world's leading hospitals and medical centers worldwide. Federico's focus is ensuring that healthcare access is not treated as a commodity product, but as a structural asset — engineered to remain durable across decades, jurisdictions, and regulatory change.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Texas School of Law, Federico brings legal precision and capital allocation perspective to cross-border planning. He advises internationally mobile families and investors on integrating immigration strategy, asset protection, estate planning, global healthcare positioning, and comprehensive wealth allocation into a cohesive framework — aligning mobility, capital, and risk management under a unified long-term strategy.

Ricardo E. Vielledent

Cross-Border Attorney | Co-Founder, DeepLawyers

Ricardo Vielledent is a cross-border attorney and Co-Founder of DeepLawyers, where he advises internationally mobile families, business owners, and private clients on complex matters involving legal strategy, international healthcare access, and long-term planning. His work is centered on helping clients navigate the intersection of law, wealth, mobility, and risk with clarity and discretion.

Ricardo earned his B.S. in Finance from Trinity University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. His background in finance and law allows him to approach client matters with both technical precision and commercial judgment, particularly where legal structure, asset protection, and strategic planning converge. He also brings a stronger foundation in litigation, which informs his perspective on risk, leverage, dispute exposure, and the realities of enforcement when sophisticated planning is put to the test.

Through DeepLawyers, Ricardo works with clients who are not simply purchasing insurance, but seeking a more deliberate approach to healthcare access across borders. His advisory style is shaped by the understanding that, for globally positioned families, access to premier medical institutions can be an important component of broader wealth, lifestyle, and contingency planning. His work often involves aligning international health coverage with the larger legal and strategic framework surrounding a client's family, business interests, and long-term objectives.

Ricardo is licensed to practice law in Texas and Alabama and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
