Ricardo E. Vielledent is a Texas attorney and Co-Founder of DeepLawyers. His practice focuses on high-stakes litigation, transactional and strategic counsel on cross-border acquisitions, and the formation and operation of U.S. entities for businesses and families based in Latin America.

His experience also includes commercial agreements, due diligence, and transaction structuring, as well as advising foreign-owned U.S. companies on the legal and operational questions that arise after an acquisition closes. He brings a combination of litigation experience, financial training, and business judgment to matters in which the legal and economic consequences are closely connected.
