Ricardo E. Vielledent

Ricardo E. Vielledent is a cross-border attorney and Co-Founder of DeepLawyers, serving as U.S. counsel to Latin American families, business owners, and investors on transactions and disputes involving the United States. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Trinity University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and his background in finance and law informs how he approaches transaction structure, commercial agreements, and litigation risk.

Ricardo is licensed to practice law in Texas and Alabama and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
